Description
The Mountain Residence Merk is situated in the middle of green meadows and woods on the panoramic road to the Gardena and Sella Pass, only a few minutes from the centre of Selva Gardena and from the ski area of the "Sella Ronda".
In summer the Mountain Residence Merk is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions around the Sella - or Sassolungo group, wonderful bicycle tours on the Alpe di Siusi or the famous Sellaronda MTB tour. The hiking trails start directly in front of the house and will lead you through enchanting landscapes. The house offers every comfort and is perfectly equipped with large indoor and outdoor spaces.
After an adventurous day in the mountains you can relax in the panoramic sauna or in one of the hay beds.

The price includes our Mountain Residence Merk *** Specials:
•Private shuttle service in the morning and the afternoon with our new van (fixed timetable and stops, extra rides for an extra charge and only when it is possible, by prior arrangement). Only during the winter season.
•VIP Card with a discount of 10 % on all drinks in our Après Ski & Bike Bar Saltos and invitation to the special evenings: Speck Party, Beer Party, Sella Ronda Party, Carnival, Torchlight After Party , Live Music or DJ’s Nights etc.
•Fresh bread service every morning, or there is the possibility to have breakfast in our Après Ski & Bike Bar Saltos (on request , subject to a supplement).
•Ski Safari every day from Monday to Friday with a ski instructor who will lead you to the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomites. (Registration needed by 6 pm the day before.)
•10 % discount on ski lessons (collective) in the Ski School of Selva – www.scuolasciselva.com.
•10% discount for ski hire in collaboration with the Quality Rental - www.noleggiosci.eu.
•Val Gardena Active: hiking and walking excursions on different levels (even in the snow), Mountain Bike or E-bike tours, snow-shoeing day and night, climbing classes at the gym or in the nature, ice skating , traditional cooking courses, ect . •Internet connection via Wi-Fi and there is also an Internet Point at the reception desk.
•Original tea corner with a samovar and biscuits to accompany for a warm return from the slopes. Only in winter.

•Ski room with boots warmer where in the summer you can leave your bikes (covered and closed).

Breakfast in our Après Ski Bar Saltos: Euro 9,00 - 10,50 per person.
A local visitor tax of Euro 1,60 per person and day is also payable (except for children under 14). The purpose of this tax is to maintain the natural and cultural treasures of the region.
PAYMENT METHODS: cash, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, advanced bank transfer (must arrive before your arrival). Reservations are considered definitive upon receipt of a prepayment of at least 30% of the total amount of the reservation by means of bank transfer or credit card. The prepayment will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation and didn’t made the cancellation insurance offered by the residence. In case of later arrival, early departure or no show all the booked days have to be paid.

We kindly ask guests to pay the bill before the day of departure, in case of weekly stays by Wednesday evening.
