Enjoy the water, whatever the weather! Whether you're cooling off after a hot summer day or soothing your muscles after a thrilling day on the slopes of Val Gardena (Gröden), the Mar Dolomit – literally the "Sea of the Dolomites" – has you covered.
Inside, you'll find a variety of pools: a sports pool, an indoor pool, a spectacular glass-enclosed steam room, a thrilling water slide, and a whirlpool. For younger visitors, there's a children's pool and a toddler pool with its own whirlpool. Relax and unwind on the ergonomically designed loungers on the mezzanine. Outdoors, enjoy the fresh air in the open-air pool or the saltwater pool, stretch out on the sunbathing lawn, or watch the little ones splash about in the paddling pool.
Eleven different saunas offer the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. On designated days, there's a women-only sauna. And when you're ready for a bite to eat, the adjacent Pizzeria Mar Dolomit is there to satisfy your appetite.

Also 1.5-hour tickets (before 12.30 noon time or in the last 2.5 hours) and 2.5-hour tickets for the swimming pool as well as 3-hour tickets for sauna with pool available. Sauna opening hours:

The Mar Dolomit Val Gardena stays open every day all year round, except during the maintenance works from mid-April to mid-May. In summer - from mid-June to early September - also the outdoor area will be open. Bathing cap recommended but not mandatory.
