Giro delle Dolomiti

The now traditional Giro delle Dolomiti, an internationally renowned multi-stage cycling event, combines competitive spirit, fun, and the discovery of the beauty of the Dolomites

Now in its 47th edition, the increasingly popular Giro delle Dolomiti is much more than just an amateur cycling event: It's an all-round experience that combines sport, passion, discovery, and the desire to be together. The 2024 Giro delle Dolomiti, scheduled for July 22-26, winds through almost 500 km of breathtaking scenery, divided into 5 stages that are based at the FieraMesse, Bolzano's exhibition centre and explore the landscapes of the Dolomites in South Tyrol and Belluno.

As well as the beauty of the Dolomites, the Giro delle Dolomiti's growing international appeal is also due to its unique format: It is ridden as a group at a controlled speed, which allows the riders to fully enjoy the scenery and the relaxed atmosphere, but each stage also includes a timed section, closed to traffic, which awards the stage winner and contributes to the final rankings.

A successful mix of relaxation and competition, characterised by a strong community spirit and fun, attracting cyclists from all over the world, with the only requirement being a valid medical certificate for competitive cycling. With decades of experience, the well-established organisation of the Giro delle Dolomiti provides each participant with a complete service, including mechanical assistance, massages, refreshment points, and lunches along the route, with the utmost attention to the safety of the group.

The Giro delle Dolomiti is also an experience for those who do not intend to ride, but just want to accompany the participants, thanks to the rich program of guided activities:
