Also in 2025, the Ristorante Suinsom in Selva was awarded one Michelin star. Its name in Ladin means "at the top". Chef Alessandro Martellini and his team combine tradition with innovation using top-quality, fresh ingredients. An extraordinary culinary experience.
The gourmet restaurant of the Grand Hotel Alpenroyal in Selva Val Gardena has been awarded again with one Michelin star. In 2004, Chef Mario Porcelli came from Southern Italy, to be exact from Puglia, to the Val Gardena mountains and has been creating finest delicacies made from very special ingredients since then. A combination of mountains and see, a true journey for the senses!
Also in 2025 one Michelin star adorns the Anna Stuben, the restaurant of the Hotel Grödnerhof. Chef Reimund Brunner prefers local products, served in a stylish ambiance of wood. Besides excellent delicacies, there is a choice of more than 650 quality wines.
