Wood carving in the Gardena valley has already a four hundred year old tradition. The products of this handicraft today are famous all over the world and highly valued for their quality.
52 artists and exhibitors have joined together to give on a surface of 330 m² in the congress house of Ortisei an overall insight into the today's production in the field of wood carving. In the ART52 Art Exhibition hand-carved sculptures and paintings of different trends and styles have their place. The variety and originality of the works can be admired in the spacious show rooms.
