"Jufa" is a typical dish from the Val Gardena, a sort of very filling milk pudding. The crust of the pot gives it an unmistakable taste. Traditionally it is a dish to share in company, enjoying it directly by spoonfuls from the pot.
In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to Wednesday, 24th of July!
